Through the design of 1 + 1 + N overall platform framework, introducing the layered digital library, Beijing Urban Memory system designed several subsystems such as resource management subsystem, resources visualization subsystem, professional retrieval subsystem, and comprehensive management subsystem by adopting LAOP architecture. In addition, this paper designed the corresponding network and server architecture of the Beijing Urban Memory project, and developed system platform for both normal and professional users. At present, the platform has been developed and online, which is a beneficial practice of Beijing culture going out strategy.
