街道健康教育工作制度 街道健康教育工作制度提要：在XX街道所辖社区广泛开展健康教育和健康促进行动，大力传播健康知识，倡导文明、健康的生活方式 源自物业管理资料 街道健康教育工作制度 健康是人人应当享有的基本权利，是社会进步的重要标志和潜在的动力。为了不断加强我街道的疾病预防控制工作，逐步提高全体健康教育工作者的综合素质和社区居民的健康意识，进一步搞好我街道健康教育工作，特制定健康教育工作制度： 一、工作目标 在XX街道所辖社区广泛开展健康教育和健康促进行动，大力传播健康知识，倡导文明、健康的生活方式，有针对性地开展防病健康教育活动，普及健康知识，增强人们的健康意识和自我保健能力，促进全民健康素质的提高。 二、教育内容 、常见传染病的预防与控制；性病、艾滋病、地方病、职业病危害及防治措施。 2、针对易病群体（老年人、妇女、儿童）的日常生活健康知识以及注意事项。 三、组织实施 、在各社区成立健康教育领导小组，设有网络人员名单，配备专（兼）职人员，定期召开工作例会。切实发挥三级网络的作用，确保健康教育工作落到实处。 2、制定各项工作计划、制度，做到有工作记录、有检查、有评比、年终有总结。 3、组织健康教育培训、结合各个卫生宣传日开展健康教育活动（培训每年不少于12次）。用多种形式完成健康教育工作。 4、定期更换健康知识宣传栏，针对老年人、妇女、儿童等重点人群开展健康咨询工作（要求定期更换宣传内容，宣传内容要求有本底资料，或图片）。 5、要坚持贴近实际、贴近群众、贴近生活，善于用群众语言和群众容易接受的形式组织开展健康教育活动，增强健康教育工作的针对性、指导性和实效性。努力提高社区居民健康知识和行为的知晓率。 6、积极组织开展“控制吸烟”活动。（活动要求有方案、活动记录及总结并且配备负责控烟工作专（兼）职负责人）。 7、年终由街道健康教育办公室对本年度各社区健康教育工作进行综合考核评估、检查健康教育档案。 源自物业管理资料 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
