市残联第18次全国爱耳日宣传教育活动方案 市残联第18次全国爱耳日宣传教育活动方案 各镇、街道残联，市聋儿语训部： 今年3月3日是第18次全国“爱耳日”，也是第5次“国际爱耳日”，宣传教育活动主题为“防聋治聋，精准服务”。根据中央、省和泉州残联关于第18次“全国爱耳日”宣传教育活动的通知，市残联将在爱耳日开展主题活动，现就有关活动通知如下： 一、结合主题，开展宣传 各镇、街道残联要围绕今年主题，大力宣传防控出生缺陷、发育障碍、疾病及伤害至听力残疾工作的重要性与必要性，全面推进新生儿听力筛查。大力宣传实施残疾人精准康复服务的重要意义。大力宣传耳科及听力保健科学知识，广泛动员社会各界，全面营造关爱、帮助听力残疾人康复的社会氛围。市聋儿语训部要做好听障儿童全面康复理念宣传，推进融合教育相关工作。 二、加强协作，认真组织 （一）市残联开展助听器免费赠送活动 活动时间：2017年2月27日至2017年3月6日（具体时间安排详见附件2）； 活动地点：各镇（街道）、音视铭助听器适配中心； 参加单位：市残联、各镇（街道残联）、音视铭助听器验配中心。 （二）市聋儿语训部开展聋儿听力健康讲座 活动时间：2017年3月3日； 活动地点：市残联； 参加单位：市聋儿语训部。 三、及时做好活动总结 各镇、街道残联要认真做好“爱耳日”宣传教育活动的总结。及时收集整理本地宣传教育活动情况，将活动总结及活动的相关图片于3月8日前报送市残联康复中心。 create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
