幼儿园安全应急预案一 幼儿园安全应急预案 　　为了保障全园师生健康的学习、工作和生活，促进幼儿园保教工作顺利开展，防范各类事故发，降低和控制安全事故的危害，依照上级有关文件要求和相关法律法规，从我园实际出发，按照“安全第一，预防为主”的原则，加强幼儿园安全工作，提高幼儿园应急速度，保证应急工作高效、有序的开展，确保意外事件发生后能够统一指挥，有条不紊地开展好各项工作，特制定本应急预案。 　　一、适用范围 　　（一）食物中毒事故。 　　（二）传染性疾病。 　　（三）自然灾害造成建筑物倒塌或突发性危房倒塌事故。 　　（四）火灾事故。 　　（五）幼儿活动意外伤害事故。 　　（六）其它不可预见的事故。 　　以上事故，团体受伤害3人以上视情况启动该预案。 　　二、指导思想 　　在区教育局的统一领导下，以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，认真学习和贯彻国务院关于“沉着应对、措施果断、依靠科学、有效防治、加强合作、完善机制”的方针，维护广大师生员工的生命安全和教育改革发展的大局。 　　三、应急处理领导机构 　　（一）小神童幼儿园安全事故应急工作领导小组 　　组　长：李俊峰（园长） 　　副组长：张婷（副园长） 　　成　员：王萌萌侯伟娜苗薇薇 　　应急工作领导小组内设四个组 　　1、综合协调指挥组 　　组长：李俊峰 　　成员：张婷 　　职责： 　　（1）全面指挥协调应急救援工作； 　　（2）组织落实应急领导小组交办的其它工作。 　　2、现场处置组 　　组长：刘红霞成员：陈亚从 　　职责：（1）迅速查明事故的性质、类别、影响范围等基本情况，制定救援方案；（2）具体制定并实施防止事故扩大的安全防范措施；（3）统一组织施救队伍开展具体工作。 　　3、后勤保障组 　　组长：李俊峰成员：刘红霞 　　职责： 　　（1）统一指挥后勤保障队伍； 　　（2）筹措调集应急工作所需的物资和资金； 　　（3）做好事故紧急善后处理工作。 　　4、宣传报道组 　　组长：张婷成员：王萌萌 　职责：负责宣传报道和材料的整理与上报工作。 4 create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
