Integrinα5β1在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的表达及临床意义 作者：常瑞霞 　常丽霞 　靳双玲 【关键词】 卵巢上皮性肿瘤；integrinα5β1；淋巴结转移；免疫组化 　　 摘 要 目的：通过 研究 integrinα5β1(整合素α５β１)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达，探讨其与卵巢癌淋巴结转移的关系。 方法 ：用免疫组化ElivisionTM法检测80例卵巢上皮性肿瘤中integrinα5β1的表达；运用图像 分析 系统进行定量检测。结果：定性及半定量结果：integrinα5β1的表达按良性、交界性及恶性的顺序呈递减趋势，组间均有显著差异(P＜0.01)；integrinα5β1淋巴结转移组与未转移组间表达有显著差异(P＜0.01)。定量检测结果：integrinα5β1表达的阳性细胞面积按良性、交界性、恶性的顺序呈递减趋势，灰度呈递增趋势。结论：integrinα5β1的表达与肿瘤的侵袭、转移有关；integrinα5β1表达下降或缺失，提示肿瘤进展，恶性度高，预后不良； 计算 机图像分析系统为卵巢上皮性肿瘤的自动化诊断、淋巴结转移及预后评估有重要意义。 　　关键词 卵巢上皮性肿瘤；integrinα5β1；淋巴结转移；免疫组化 　　Abstract Objective：Through the investigating the molecular expressions of integrinα5β1　in ovarian epithelial neoplasms, this study is trying to explore the relationship between the lymphatic spread of the tumor with this molecule. Method: 80 cases were examined through ElivisionTM, an immune histochemistry method, for the expression of integrinα5β1 in ovarian epithelial neoplasms. The system of image analysis was used to measure the expression of this molecule quantitatively. Results:①Qualitative and semi-quantitative results: The expression levels of integrinα5β1 in the ovarian epithelial neoplasms have downward tendency in the order of benign, boundary and malignant neoplasms and there is significant difference on the expression levels of integrinα5β1 (P0.01). There is significant difference on the expression levels of integrinα5β1 between the group with metastases and the group without metastases(P0.01).②Quantitative examination result: The total positive cell area of the integrinα5β1 expression in the tumor has downward tendency in the order of benign, boundary and malignant cases, and the gray degree has upward tendency. Conclusions: The molecular expressions of integrinα5β1 is related to the tumor invasion and its metastases. Decreasing or lack of the expression of integrinα5β1 suggest the rapid development, high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis; The study also shows the improtance of using the computer image analysis for auto
