氟西汀联合电针治疗抑郁症对照研究 【摘要】 目的 探讨氟西汀联合电针 治疗 抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 将50例抑郁症患者随机分为 研究 组24例，对照组26例，两组均口服氟西汀治疗，研究组联合电针治疗。观察6 w。于治疗前及治疗1 w、2 w、4 w、6 w末采用汉密顿抑郁量表、临床疗效总评量表、副反应量表评定临床疗效及不良反应。 结果 治疗6 w末研究组有效率91.7%，对照组为88.5%，两组疗效相当（P＞0.05）。汉密顿抑郁量表、临床疗效总评量表评分研究组治疗1 w末起，对照组治疗2 w末起较治疗前有显著性下降（P均＜0.01）；但研究组治疗1 w末、2 w末较对照组下降更显著（P均＜0.01），其它时点评分均无显著性差异。两组不良反应均轻微，主要表现为恶心、头疼、失眠、口干、便秘、震颤等。 结论 氟西汀联合电针治疗抑郁症疗效显著，且起效迅速，安全性高，依从性好。 【关键词】 抑郁症；氟西汀；电针 A control study of fluoxetine plus electroacupuncture in the treament of depression Song Chunlian，Nai Xiaozhen，Wu Tao （ The Eighth Peoples Hospital of Zhengzhou，450006，Henan，China） 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of fluoxetine plus electroacupuncture in the treatment of depression. Methods 50 patients with depression were randomly divided into research group（n=24） recEIving fluoxetine plus electroacupuncture and control group（n=26） doing single fluoxetine for 6 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） and the Clinical Global Impression（CGI）and adverse effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS） before treatment and at the end of the 1st，2nd，4th and 6th week treatment. Results At the end of the 6th week，effective rates were respectively 91.7% in the research and 88.5% in the control group，the 2 groups had therapeutic equivalence（P0.05）. Compared with pretreatment，the total scores of the HAMD and CGI lowered more significantly since the end of the 1st week in the research and of the 2nd in the control group（both P0.01） and those did more significantly in the research than in the control group（both P0.01). Adverse effects were mild and mainly nausea，headache，insomnia，dry mouth，constipation，tremor and so on.
