胸外伤414例诊治体会 【摘要】 目的 分析 探讨胸外伤以及合并伤的诊断和 治疗 。 方法 对414例胸外伤患者的抢救治疗措施分析 总结 。结果 治愈410例，死亡4例（2例因失血性休克死亡，2例因感染性休克并发多器官功能衰竭死亡）。结论 胸外伤以及合并伤后早期诊断治疗，对严重胸外伤应积极抗休克，尽早手术，保护各脏器功能，机械通气等是抢救成功的重要措施。 【关键词】 胸外伤 多发 诊断 治疗 Experience of diagnosis and treatment of 414 cases with severe thoracictrauma ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the severe thoracic wound and complicated with traumasMethods The injury conditions and the treatment measures in 414 cases of the cheat trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Results 410 cases were cured while only 4cases died （2 cases died for hemorrhagi
