大型综合楼给水排水消防系统设计 摘 要 该建筑为大型综合楼，位于呼和浩特市中心，建筑高度为100.07米，总建筑面积约3.5万平方米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况，根据建筑物的性质，用途，和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备，具体的给排水系统设计如下： 给水系统： 本建筑地下二层至地上六层由室外市政管网直接供水，七至二十四层采用水泵、屋顶水箱和减压阀相接合的给水方式；设两条引入管，从不同的方向引入。既保障了供水安全，又节约了能耗。 排水系统： 本设计采用污废水分流排放体制。管材采用了具有抗震功能的排水铸铁管，为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。 消防系统： 该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅱ级，设计内容包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置，消火栓给水管网呈环状布置，各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮，能直接启动消防泵；室外设地下式水泵结合器，保证消防安全可靠。走廊，办公间，电梯前室设闭式自动喷淋系统，自动扶梯旁的防火卷帘处设置水幕系统。 各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设，水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。 关键词：给水；排水；消火栓；自动喷淋。 Abstract This building is the large-scale comprehensive building, is located in the centre of Hohhot , the construction is highly 100.07meters, total floor space approximately 35,000 square meters.
