南京农业大学留学生会章程总 则第一条(以下简称)，是国际领导下，留学生进行自我管理自我服务的学生组织。ISA-NAU) of Nanjing Agricultural University is a self-management and self-service organization of international students under the administration of the College of International Education, NAU. 第二条 ISA的宗旨是全心全意为广大留学生服务，维护学生正常的学习，营造优良健康，。With the aim of promoting a harmonious and multicultural campus, ISA is dedicated to serving all international students and maintaining the good study environment and creating a homely intercultural spirit. 第三条 ISA以公正，团结奉献为会训，努力使各项工作到、创新。efficiently and innovatively under the principles of Justice, Honesty, Positive Spirit,?Solidarity, and Devotion. ISA的各项行为须遵守中国国家法律法规和学校的校纪校规。 Article 4 ISA shall abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and regulations of Nanjing Agricultural University Regulation. 第五条 为了本会更好地开展，实现其宗旨，特制定本章程。Article 5 This Constitution hereby is to guide ISA ,to be committed to its work and fulfill its purposes. 第二章 会 员 II. Membership 第六条 凡在本校注册、承认并遵守本章程的留学生均可成为本会会员； Article 6 International students who registered in our university, accept and comply with this Constitutions will enjoy the membership of ISA. 第七条 会员的基本权利： Article 7 Basic Rights of Membership （一）会员在本会中享有选举权与被选举权，即有选举和被选举成为留学生 会执行委员会成员的权利；(受警告、严重警告、记过、留校察看、开除学 籍处分的在校学生不具有被选举权)； (1)The right to elect executive committee member and to be elected as an executive committee member of ISA; (Students who got punished include warning, serious warning, demerit, monitoring ,dismiss from university will not entitle to elect and be elected by other members)； （二）有参加本会活动与享受本会利益的权利； (2) The right to participate in activities and enjoy the benefits of this Association； （三）有对本会工作提出建议和实行监督的权利； (3)The right to offer suggestions and inspections of the Association； （四）有知晓留学生相关校园信息的权利。 (4) The right to learn campus information involved with international students. 第八条 会员的基本义务： Article 8
