Then，it analyzes three typical PPP case in-depth，identifies five main enlightenments，including determining selection criteria of proj ects and cooperative partners，guaranteeing independent supervision organization and public supervision，risk allocation and profit distribution need to balance equality and efficiency，improving innovative financing options and pricing mechanism，creating multi-dimensional PPP modes. Finally，it explores PPP 2.0 preliminarilly in order to properly allocate risk and profit in PPP proj ects.
