高标准自由贸易区网络发展背景下中国电子商务发展问题研究摘要随着我国经济的发展和现代化网络信息技术的广泛应用，电子商务在我国市场中也获得了快速的发展。但在网上支付，税收和物流等方面仍然面临着众多问题。2013 年，中共十八届三中全会又一次提出 “要加快自由贸易区建设步伐”，“形成面向全球的高标准自由贸易区网络”。在此背景下，对于我国电子商务的发展来说既是机遇，也是挑战。本论文就我国电子商务在全球高标准自由贸易区网络建设背景下发展问题展开研究，通过文献分析法、归纳演绎法，介绍了全球高标准自由贸区网络建设的战略背景其影响，分析了我国电子商务的发展现况。并且在此基础上，重点阐述了我国电子商务面临的主要问题，最后结合全球高标准自由贸区网络建设发展的背景，提出了相关对策及建议。关键词：电子商务；高标准自由贸易区网络；网上支付；税收；物流STUDY ON THE ISSUES OF CHINESE E-COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF HIGH STANDARD FTA NETWORKABSTRACTWith the development of our economy and the wide application of modern network information technology, e-commerce market in China has gained rapid development. But in electronic payments, tax and logistics is still faced with many problems. In 2013, once again, The 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) put forward to“speed up the construction of free trade zone , develop the global high standard free trade area network”. In this context, It is not onlyan opportunityfor the developmentof Chinas e-commerce,but also a challenge.This paper studies the China electronic commerce in the global high standard free trade area under the background of network construction. Through literature analysis method, inductive deductive method, this paper introduces the background of global high standard free trade area strategy of the construction of the network of its influence, has analyzed our country electronic commerce development present situation, and based on this, expounds the main problem facing Chinas e-commerce.
