合作意向协议,英文 篇一：合作意向协议-中英文版Y 合作协议 Cooperation agreement 甲方(Party A): 地址（Address）： 乙方(Party B): 地址（Address）： 鉴于甲方业务需要，双方就甲方委托乙方为其提供生源事宜,经协商一致，达成如下约定： Party A engages Party B for providing the recommendation service as described in this Contract, both parties have agreed to the following terms and conditions on good faith negotiation: 一、 合作内容Work Contents 1、 乙方将向甲方推荐不少于______名学员（学员信息另附），每人报读课程费用不低于 元人民币。 Party B will recommend no less than ______ students to Party A(student information attached),the cost of each student’s course is not less than RMB. 2、 乙方推荐学员将在 年 月日前缴清其学费，甲方在收到学费全款之后的五_个工作日内,将向乙方支付总金额的5%作为推广费用。 The students recommended by Party B shall paid their tuition fee before, and Party A will pay Party B 5% of the paid tuition fee as the commission 5 working days after receipt of the money. 3、 乙方的收款信息 Payment information of Party B: 账号Account number: 账户名Account name: 开户行Bank name: 4、 乙方推荐的学员在学时内发生退费事宜，乙方需要按照退费金额，返还此金额的5%给甲方. If the refund of tuition fee occured durning the study period, Party B shall return the commission to Party A pro rata. 5、 经乙方要求，将在本协议生效同时，帮助乙方出具相应人员的语言学校接收函。如因为其他原因推荐学生未能报读甲方课程或报读金额不足约定金额，则接收函自动作废。 As required by Party B, Party A will assist Party B to issue the corresponding letter of acceptance.
