某饮料系列产品清洁生产审核报告 李功达、朱家豪、杨杨、张雄威 2012级环境工程 2014年11月22日 摘要 饮食安全已成为社会关注的要点，饮料行业是饮食行业的重头，我们对某饮料公司饮料系列产品背景、环境污染情况进行了详细的调查，该公司组建审核小组，对系列产品以及生产过程进行预审核，确认了审核重点，主要是固体废物与污水的处理，对产业流程进行分析，提出一些列解决方案。然后对这些方案进行汇总及筛选，得出最终解决方案，汇总之后进行实施，之后与实施清洁生产之前比较，污水废气的排出达到国家标准，固体废弃物经过处理达到国家标准，最后设计出持续清洁生产的方案。为后续的生产做好准备，使清洁生产能够长期、持续的进行下去。 关键词：环境; 饮料; 固废；废水；清洁生产； Abstract Food safety has become a point of social concern, the beverage industry is from the diet industry, we conducted a detailed investigation of a beverage company of beverage products background, environmental pollution, the company set up audit team, pretrial nuclear on series products and production process, to confirm the audit focus, is mainly in the treatment of solid waste and sewage in the industry, process analysis, put forward some solution for the column.
