LC Strationary Phases Column Installation 柱安装 CHIROBIOTIC columns are shipped in methanol . Before starting to use a new column , wash with 20ml HPLC grade methanol at 1ml/min.The column test standarad, 5-methyl-5- phenylhydantoin, can be injected at this stage to establish performance . The only critical operating parameter detrimental to these columns is extremes of pH. Even if sample adsorption does not occur, incompatibilities between the sample solvent and mobile phase may cause peak distortion, especially in early-eluting compounds. 流动
