Basing upon the analysis of the philosophy origin and the psychol ogy mechanism of the expect ing horizon, this text tries to dissect the huge function of the expecting horizon again. Meanwhile, t his text examined the development of the literature from the angle of the expecting horizon and summarized the shortcomings of t his theory .
