土壤中无机元素与山茱萸药材质量的相关性分析 陈随清 张涛 尚朝利 （河南中医学院 郑州 450008） 摘要：目的：分析山茱萸生长地土壤中无机元素对山茱萸药材质量的影响关系。方法：对各产区山茱萸药材及土壤中无机元素进行测定；对山茱萸药材中的马钱苷、熊果酸、多糖、鞣制、总有机酸、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物进行测定；分析土壤中无机元素与山茱萸药材质量的相关性。结果：三个主产区内，山茱萸药材各成分含量tudy on the correlation between the quality of Cornus officinalis and the contents of the inorganic elements in the soil where Cornus officinalis collected CHEN Sui-qing ZHANG Tao SHANG Chao-li (Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Zheng Zhou 450008) Abstract　Objective: Analysis the correlation between the quality of Cornus officinalis Sieb．et Zucc．and contents of the inorganic elements in the soil where Cornus officinalis collected ; Method :Determined the contents of 11 kinds of inorganic elements such as Zn,Mn,K,Fe,Mg,Ca,Cu,Cd,As,Pb and Hg in the soil where Cornus officinalis collected ; Determined the contents of Loganin , ursolic acid ,polysaccharides ,tannins , organic acid, water-soluble extractives , ethanol-soluble extractives in Cornus officinalis ; Analysis the correlation between the quality of Cornus officinalis and the contents of the inorganic elements in the soil where Cornus officinalis collected .Results:in the three main producing areas of Cornus officinalis , there is no significant difference in the content of chemical components of Cornus officinalis , the contents of Loganin and water-soluble extract comply with pharmacopoeial provisions.
