Measures and Ways to Improve the Long Term Operation of Petrochemical Enterprises YI Yi-hu Sinopec Management Institute, Beijing 100012China Abstract : In recent years, the operation cycle of the refining and chemical unit continues continually increases, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved. But compared with world-class refining and chemical companies, there is still a big gap on the operation cycle of devices. In this paper, status quo of long-term operation of petrochemical enterprises was summarized, factors to cause unplanned shut-down were analyzed. Focusing on three aspects of day-to-day management, maintenance management, professional management, experiences and measures to strengthen equipment management were put forward to enhance the level of long-cycle run.
