中国农学通报 2011,27(02): 128-131 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 梨杂交后代童期和童程的研究 崔艳波，张绍铃，吴华清，沙守峰 (南京农业大学梨工程技术研究中心，南京210095) 摘 要：以2004 年杂交的8 个梨杂交组合后代492 株实生树为试材，调查了其童程、始花节位数、节间长 度和树干直径，探讨了童期和童程以及二者的关系，以期为杂交育种提供理论参考。结果表明：在调查 的所有杂交组合中，到2010 年为止有68.7% 的杂种实生后代结束童期，童期为3~5 年，平均童程为 214.26 cm ，2008 年结束童期的平均童程为202.86 cm ，推断是结束童期的最小童程；节间长度与童程存 在正相关性，相关系数为0.586 ，始花节位数和干径都与童程存在极显著的正相关性，相关系数分别为 0.908**和0.886**；童期与童程存在极显著的正相关，在一定的范围内童程越低的实生树，童期越短，开 花结果越早，而矮化的植株具有早结果的潜力。 关键词：梨；杂交后代；童期；童程 中图分类号：S661.2 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2010-1541 AStudyontheJuvenilePhaseandJuvenileSpanoftheHybridProgeniesinPear Cui Yanbo, Zhang Shaoling, Wu Huaqing, Sha Shoufeng (PearEngineeringResearchCentre, NanjingAgricultureUniversity, Nanjing 210095) Abstract: 492 seedlings from 8 crosses of pear were used to investigate the juvenile span、first flower node number、internode length and the trunk diameter in this experiment. In order to provide reference for breeding work of pear, the relationship between juvenile phase and juvenile span was discussed. The results showed that at the materials, there was 68.7% of the hybrid seedling progenies finished juvenile phase at 2010, and the juvenile phase was 3 to 5 years. The value of juvenile span was 214.26 centimeters. The value of juvenile span of the progenies which finished juvenile phase at 2008 was 202.86 centimeters, and it was inferred to be the smallest juvenile span of finishing juvenile phase. There was a positive correlation between internode length and juvenile span, and the correlation coefficient was 0.586. The juvenile span was remarked significant positive to the first flower node number and the trunk diameter, and the correlation coefficient were 0.9
