The function relations between measured values and actual values in terms of space geometry relation was deduced. It was pointed out that there are inherent errors in measuring system of all wheel alignment in struments. Based on the study of the errors , a calculating method for the inherent errors was developed , the cal culating error is about 5 % in common measuring range. In order to increase the measuring precision , the inher ent errors should be eliminated.
