Methods 473 diab tic pati nts with hyp rfibrinog n mia and w ithout obvious abnormal EKG, inf ctions and brain infarction w r randomly divid d into T ( ticlid) and A ( aspirin) groups and tr at d w ith ticlid( 1219 237mg/ day) and aspirin ( 1137 451 mg/ day) r sp ctiv ly for 8~ 47 months( 349 145) . Results Compar d with pr tr atm nt, FG, hs-CRP and WBC in group T w r d cr as d ( P 000 1, 005, 0001 r sp ctiv ly) w hil thos in group A had no diff r nt chang . And cas s with infarction and bl ding w r f w r (P 0001) whil l ucop nia cas was mor in group T than in group A ( P = 0000) . L ucop nia w r all cur d with G-CSF tc. Conclusions T iclid is mor ff ctiv against hyp rfibrinog n mia in diab tic pati nts than is aspirin. W can administ r ticlid to th pati nts not suitabl for taking aspirin, but th ir WBC must b t st d r gularly.
