毕业设计 题 目 长沙铝业科技大厦办公楼 空 调 设 计（Ⅰ） 学院名称 城市建设学院 指导教师 刘源全 刘泽华 罗清海 职 称 副教授 教 授 副教授 班 级 建环1101班 学 号 20114500137 学生姓名 金之杰 2014.12.22-2015.5.28摘 要 本设计为本工程为长沙铝业科技大厦办公楼空调工程设计。本工程总建筑面积为 28564.21m2，空调面积为15740m2。建筑高度98.9m，总冷负荷为2578kW，总热负荷为1573kW。该建筑为单位自用办公楼，部分楼层对外出租，故结合建筑形式，本设计共采用三种系统，分别为多联机系统、全空气系统、空气-水系统。7层以上办公区采用多联机系统，该多联机系统为风冷式。室内机采用四面出风嵌入式送风，室外机放于各层空调平台上。本工程共分为40个区。共40台室外机。其余楼层采用集中式中央空调系统，其中综合楼餐厅和多功能厅因为其人员多湿负荷大，故采用全空气系统。1层至6层采用空气水系统，冷源选择热回收式螺杆式机组两台。型号为MCW360H，单台额定制冷量为357kW。热源采用燃气热水锅炉两台，型号为CLHS30，单台额定制热量0.35MW。本建筑为公共建筑，层高大于50m，故防火等级为一级。楼梯间与前室采用正压送风，并对走廊进行机械排烟。公共厕所、单独卫生间设置机械排风系统，由管井统一排出；地下室设置排风与排烟兼用系统，选用双速风机，平时排风，火灾时排烟。 关键词：多联机、全热交换、通风、防排烟 ABSTRACT This design for the project for changsha lvye technology mansion, office building air conditioning engineering design.The project total construction area of 28564.21 m2, air conditioning covers an area of 15740 m2.
