医学生医患沟通能力的培养与实践   【摘要】 目的:探讨如何加强医学实习生医患沟通能力的培养,提高实习生医患沟通能力,减少医疗纠纷的发生。方法:根据Calgary-Cambridge医疗沟通框架,设计并开设《医学生医疗沟通能力的培养与实践》课程,通过具体案例分析和临床情景模拟进行小班教学,并用SEGUE量表对医学生医患沟通能力进行测量和评价。结果:根据SEGUE量表的测评结果,在医患沟通的五个维度中,学生在沟通开始阶段的表现最佳,在有效沟通阶段表现最差,医患沟通能力仍需进一步提高。结论:摸索出一套新形势下适合医学生的课程设置和技能培训方法,并对结果进行总结,以期为医学生医患沟通能力的培养和实践提供理论指导 【关键词】 医学生; 沟通能力; SEGUE量表; 医学教育 中图分类号 R192 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805(2015)9-0142-03 The Cultivation Medical Students Ability and Their Practices in Doctor-Patient Communication/SHAN Han-guo.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research,2015,13(9):142-144 【Abstract】 Objective:To explore how to strengthen the cultivation of the doctor-patient communication ability of medical interns,improve their doctor-patient communication ability, and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. Method: According to the Calgary-Cambridge medical communication framework, courses of “The Cultivation and Practice of Medical Communication Skills” were designed and carried out, and the instructions adopted small-size classes with specific case studies and clinical scenario simulation. SEGUE scale was used to measure and evaluate the doctor-patient communication ability of medical students.Result:According to the SEGUE scale evaluation results, in the five dimensions of doctor-patient communication,students performed best in the beginning of communication stage and worst in the effective communication stage,which showed that there was still a need to further improve the doctor-patient communication ability.Conclusion:In the new situation,a set of suitable curriculum and training methods for medical students needs to be explored,and the results need to be summarized,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the training of doctor-patient communication ability of medical students and their practice. 【Key words】 Medical Students; Communication skills; SEGUE scale; Medical education First-authors address: The Second Hospital.University of South China,Hengyang 421001,China doi:10.1
