W ith strong practicality and op erab ility this function can be reflected in at least wt o aspects: f irstly it can he lp identify fact basis for cases; second ly it can provide a reference standard for a judge in judgm ent. Through ana lysis o f two practical cases w e can see how econom ic analysis perform s its ro le in law su it; at the sam e tmi e w e can see th at it is very mi portant for a ju dge.
