PWM speed adjustment system of brushless DC motor based on

Abstract: BLDC motor is usually composed of ma y additio al IO devices a d is hard to achieve fully digital
co trol from positio loop to speed loop a d curre t loop. I order to solve the above problems, the PWM
speed adjustme t system usi g 16-bit SPCE061A si gle-chip microcomputer w as desig ed. T he SPCE061A
ca complete such fu ctio s as the acquisitio of positio se sor sig al, output of motor commutatio
sig al, measureme t of motor speed a d output of digital PWM sig al. The motor drive circuit adopted the
M OSFET ful-l bridge mode w ith fast switchi g a d low power co sumptio . The experime tal results
demo strate that the system has quick respo se, good dy amic a d static characteristics, a d is suitable for
the speed-adjustme t of small pow er brushless DC motor.
