Methods the patients were randomly divided into two groups: 54 cases in the treatment group, which were treated with self-medicated kidney failure and ligustrazine with helium neon laser therapy. Before treatment, there were 53 cases of low cut, high cut, and plasma viscosity, compared with 30 healthy people. The treatment group had 34 patients who were treated with low cut, high cut, and plasma viscosity, and compared before and after treatment. A control group of 36 cases were treated with oral vitamin E, vitamin C, and 20% nonanoic acid cream. Results there were 54 cases of treatment group, 17 cases of basic cure, 26 cases of development, 79.6% of total efficiency, significantly better than the control group (P 0.05). All of the patients were significantly higher than the healthy control group (P 0.01). After the treatment of the laser with the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine and ligustrazine, the whole blood viscosity was lower, the higher cut and the viscosity of the plasma were significantly lower (P 0.01). Conclusion there is abnormal blood rheology in patients with brown spot.
