Abstract Objective To investigate the relevance of the basic core prom oter( BCP) mu tants of integrated hepatitis B virus( HBV) in
liver tissues from patientsw ith hepatocellular carcinom a( HCC). M ethods A lu repeat sequence polym erase chain reaction (A luPCR )
and ligationm ed iated( LM ) PCR w ere used to identify theH BV integration in 40 pairs of HBVrelated H CC tissues and adjacent non
