The effects of climate change on marine biodiversity compound, this raises issues that require multisectoral integration of policy and mana- gement within jurisdictions, coordination with adjacent and linked jurisdictions and regional and international mechanisms to address areas beyond national jurisdictions. The global framework for the marine biodiversity protection is playing its macroscopic guidance role, and multinational cooperation in the Asia -Pacific region as well as the results of the Australian practice also provides an importan
