VDA 原理及过程
The German trade association for the automotive
industry is known by the initials VDA
In 1997 the VDA set up a Quality Management Centre
(QMC) for the benefit of German automotive OEM’s and
their suppliers.
Developed by VDA QMC and the German automotive
industry, VDA 6.3 defines a process based audit standard
for evaluating and improving controls in a manufacturing
organisation’s processes

development planned and available and are all
changes displayed?*
Supplier must produce evidence of:
1) Resource planning includes:
- Customer requirements
- Cross Functional, interdisciplinary team
- Project budget is planned and released
2.2 - Technical personnel with relevant qualifications are identified, available,
and provided at the right time(s)
2) Workload on personnel is accounted for in planning
3) Project changes must be brought to the customers attention at early stages and
agreed to before changes are implemented; resources are evaluated when
changes take place. Applies to customer, supplier, and in-house changes
4) Resource planning includes suppliers
5) The project critical path is taken into account when planning resources
Are the product and process-specific
requirements laid down ?
Supplier must show evidence of:
1) All requirements regarding the product to be developed are known.
2) The organization has implemented a process for identifying the customers
general QM, development, and process requirements.
3) Enquiry / contract documents are checked to make sure they are complete.
4) If requirements cannot be achieved, the customer must be informed.
