万绿湖景区发展战略的研究.docxVIP

摘要摘要本文分析了万绿湖景区的发展现状和存在问题，运用发展战略理论，在结合内外环境分析的基础上，对万绿湖景区进行了 SWOT 分析，同时结合国内外湖泊景区发展模式和理论，提出了万绿湖景区转型升级的发展战略，一方面在原有的基础上继续扩大生态观光游，另一方面谋求战略升级，加强开发休闲度假旅游市场。万绿湖景区的战略定位为能满足大珠三角地区不同对象和文化层次的旅游者不同需求的多功能、高起点、高标准、综合性休闲度假生态旅游胜地；万绿湖的形象定位为“万绿港湾，休闲家园”；战略目标是把万绿湖发展成集休闲、度假、观光、生态、文化等多种旅游产品为一体的旅游景区；在战略布局中把万绿湖整合成东南综合生态游乐区、万绿湖南部休闲度假沿湖观光带、万绿湖北部生态文化体验区。关键词：休闲度假游；发展战略；SWOT 分析;I万方数据AbstractAbstractThis paper analyzes the development status and problems Wanlu scenic usedevelopment strategy theory, based on the combination of internal and externa lenvironment analysis, carried out on the scenic Wanlu SWOT analysis, combined withdomestic and foreign development model scenic lakes and theory, the transformation andupgrading of the scenic Wanlu development strategy, while continuing to expand on thebasis of the original eco-tours, on the other hand seek strategy to upgrade and strengthenthe development of leisure tourism market.
