其他领域：产业经济学及行业个案研究 调研报告：汽车产业的“广本模式” 【内容提要】 加入WTO后，在政府逐步取消对汽车行业保护政策的情况下，如何寻找一条既符合我国的市场状况，又符合我国的资金技术水平的发展道路，无疑是摆在我国汽车企业面前一个关乎生存和发展的根本性问题。 本文选取近年在国内汽车市场表现出色的广州本田汽车有限公司为样本，对其成长历程、经营战略、决策取向及其伴生的相关问题（以下概括为“广本模式”）进行了长达一年的实地调查。在取得大量第一手资料的情况下，结合经济学、管理学和市场学的原理，运用案例分析法从公司治理结构、投资决策、市场切入、产量产品线扩张、营销服务、品牌运作和公关策划等角度全面地调查分析了广州本田怎样建厂、怎样扩张、怎样选车型、怎样造车、怎样卖车、怎样卖服务等一系列问题。通过对“广本模式”全方位的剖析和横向纵向上的对比，总结“广本模式”的先进性、科学性和独特性以及模式自身由于系统内制约而存在的缺陷。 【Summary】After access to WTO, it is undoubtedly a fundamental problem that set in front of Chinas automobile industry: How to choose an approach to develop the industry according with the status of domestic market as well as the financing and technical capability, in the condition of abrogating the protective policy. In the recent years, the automobile Co., Ltd. of Honda of Guangzhou does well in the domestic automobile market. It is selected for a sample in this article. It has been carried on some on-site investigations for more than one year, on the process of its growth, management strategy, making decisions and the relevant problems(following summarized to GH modes). In the case of obtaining a large amount of firsthand materials, combining the principles of economics, management and marketing, it uses case analytic approaches, all-snidely ,to investigate and analyses that how Guangzhou Honda founded the factory, how it expands, makes style, sells cars, serves the customers etc..
