专业英语 In the course of invironment inducing anthocyanins, many researches focused on independent low temperature and light, not the cooperation of low temperature and light, which are important for plant growth and development. Using Begonia semperaflorens as material, our project want to study the decisive role of short day, not long day, on anthocyanins induction under low temperature. Firstly, we plan to analyze action sites of short and long day on anthocyanins synthesis under low temperature using the anthocyanins-synthesized enzymes activies and different metabolites contents. Secondly, we plan to analyze the function of redox signal in photosynthetic electron transfer chain, which is independ of phytochrome, using inhibitor of DCMU and DBMIB. Lastly, we plan to expore the relationship between redox and ABA signal with inhibitor of DCMU and DBMIB, paclobutrazol (inhibitor of ABA synthesis).
