Group conversation group 5 reporter: Angie The topic of our group this week is about our dreams. We each talked about some strange dreams we had before and shared our feelings towards the dreams with each other. Tiffany : she told us that she once dreamed that she and her boyfriend were in the same class listening to the same teacher( in reality they are not even in the same program). We, including her, all agreed that it was because of her missing her boyfriend too much. As for speaking, she expressed herself very clearly that we could understand her well. And her pronounciation, her speaking rate are both great. Her voice was loud enough and if there’s something to improve, I think maybe she should pay more attention to the volume of her speaking because sometimes her volume may not appear so evident. Angie : she told us once in her dream a fairy gifted her a pair of magic wings, so she became magical and could travel to anywhere she like. We thought she was really full of imagination. Angie’ pronounciation is good and she expressed herself clearly and lively. She was active and used lots of body languages. Her volume, word stress and her voice, her fluency are almost out of question. she has a proper speaking rate and was loud enough to be hear and understood. But I think she really need to enlarge her vocabulary, because sometimes she couldn’t find a perfect word to describe her feelings or thoughts so she had to use some other words instead. Helen : she once dreamed of all her high school classmates and also her parents. She dreams that they all come here to visit her. She even guided them to the Mountain Tai in her dream. She said it was because of homesickness. Helen was very active and humorous. She had lots of body languages. All her clearance, her speaking speed and the volume in speaking are very good and proper.
