Methods CT and MRI w ere performed n 30 cases w th the tumors of opt c nerve, w h ch were conf rmed by pathology and cl n cal follow-ups. Results Men ng oma w as found n 17 cases . Of w h ch, enlargement of opt c nerve w as seen n 3 cases, fus form mass n 11 cases, and rregular mass n 3 cases. Men ng oma show ed hypo- or so ntense mass on T -w e ghted mages, and so- or hyper ntense mass on T -w e ghted mages . Intratumoral 1 2 calc f cat on was found n 5 cases, tram-track s gn n 10 cases, and flow vo d s gnal n 5 cases . All 17 cases w th men ng oma show ed marked enhancement . Intracanal and ntracran al opt c nerve were nvolved by men ng oma n 3 cases. Opt c gl oma w as found n 8 cases. Of wh ch , 3 cases show ed d ffuse enlargement of opt c nerve and 5 cases d splayed fus form mass. The tumor showed hypo ntens ty on T WI and hyper ntens ty on T WI. 1
