DIVINOR 油气组件装配说明书 DIVINOR 组件的安装将直接影响到轴承座的润滑效果，装配不当将 可能导致润滑不良甚至酿成故障。故请安装人员严格按照以下要求进行。 The installation of DIVINOR module will place direct impact on the lubrication effect of bearing , incorrect assemblage will lead to bad lubrication and even system breakdown. Installer should strictly obey the following requirements. 一、装配前的轴承座改造 The transformation of bearing before assemblage 对轴承座的加工必须严格按照WOERNER 工程师提供的图纸进行，保证精度。如 遇到特殊原因需要更改方案，应预先取得WOERNER 工程师的书面认可。加工后应去 毛刺，保证表面光洁度，并用汽油彻底清洗所有孔道，保证孔道的清洁度。 To ensure the accuracy installer should strictly follow the drawing provided by woerner engineers when processing the bearing. If any change is needed because of some special reasons, you should firstly get written agreement by woerner engineers. Deburring should be done to make the surface of the system bright and clean, also all the channels should be cleaned with gasoline to ensure the cleanliness of the channels. 二、安装步骤和要求 Installation steps and requirements 1、参照WOERNER 提供的油气组件装配图纸进行，请注意将图纸与轴承座一一对应， 不可混淆。 Process the installation according to the oil and gas module assembly drawings. Do not mix up the drawings also the bearings. 2 、进行试安装，选好与轴承座相对应的油气分配器组件，取下油气组件中DIVINOR 上 的 “O ”密封圈，在将油气组件安照DIVINOR 装配图 “依次”装入轴承箱内（注意： ①采用专用的工具——一头带螺纹的长杆进行安装②将各组件压紧，以确保固定好 DIVINOR 的位置）然后，仔细检查每出油孔是否与油气组件上的DIVINOR 中间凹槽对 齐（凹槽位置为油气出口，如凹槽与出油孔不能相通，则意味着其相应的点将得不到润 滑）,如有较大偏差则说明孔的加工精度不够，需要调节支撑杆的长短。 Trial installation: choose the oil and gas distributor modules in accordance with the bearings.
