力竭运动训练对南方鲇静止代谢率的影响* 付世建，曹振东，彭姜岚 （重庆师范大学进化生理与行为学实验室重庆 400047 ） 摘要：在25 ℃条件下测定了维持日粮（1.5%）和禁食条件下连续15d 力竭运动锻炼（5min 追 赶）及随后 6d 撤消运动锻炼过程静止代谢率（VO2rest ）的变化，实验以维持日粮和禁食条 件下非运动锻炼组作为维持日粮和禁食对照组。研究发现：维持日粮条件下，对照组在实验 过程中VO2rest 显著下降（p0.05 ），而锻炼组VO2rest 维持在一相对稳定水平；当撤消锻炼后， 锻炼组VO2rest 迅速下降，与对照组无显著差异。禁食条件下，对照组VO2rest 在实验的2-4d 下降并维持一稳定水平，锻炼组VO2rest 在实验过程显著上升（p0.05 ）；当撤消锻炼后，锻 炼组VO2rest 迅速下降，与对照组无显著差异。研究说明：4-7d 的锻炼导致VO2rest 显著上升； 而撤消锻炼后，15d 的锻炼影响 3-5d 内完全消除。实验还提示与维持日粮处理比较，禁食 条件下锻炼对VO2rest 的影响更为显著。 关键词：运动锻炼，力竭运动锻炼，静止代谢率，南方鲇 The effect of exhaustive exercise training on resting oxygen consumption in Silurus meridionalis Chen FU Shi-Jian, CAO Zhen-Dong, PENG Jiang-Lan (Laboratory of Evolutionary Physiology and Behaviour, Chongqing Normal University, Chongqing 400047) Abstract: The resting oxygen consumption (VO2rest) in southern catfish fed with maintain ration level (1.5% wt) or fasting during 15 d exhaustive exercise training (5 min chasing) and subsequent 6d without training was investigated under 25 ℃. Two groups under same condition without exercise training were act as feeding and fasting control. The VO2rest of both feeding and fasting control groups were significant decreased during experiment (p0.05). The VO2rest of feeding training group was relatively unchanged while VO2rest of fasting training group was significantly increased during 4 to 15 training day (p0.05). The VO2rest of both training groups were significantly decreased to control level by 2 to 4 day after training was cancelled. It suggested that VO2rest was increased by 4 to 7 day’s sprint training.
