This method can carry out the forecast to the remanufacturing assembly process and feedback control. This paper studies the assembly process of crankshaft and flywheel in remanufacturing engine , and puts the key quality attribute of the crankshaft remanufacturing into the model of object-oriented Petri net . Predictions and feedback control of the crankshaft and flywheel balance in remanufacturing engine assembly process are carried out . The example test proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method .
