创伤性血气胸行胸腔闭式引流术后护理体会 　　摘要：目的 总结创伤性血气胸行胸腔闭式引流术的观察及护理措施。方法 回顾性分析我院自2003～2009年经胸腔闭式引流术治疗11例创伤性血气胸行闭式引流术患者的临床资料。结果本组患者均早期拔出引流管，顺利恢复，无1例并发症发生，均痊愈出院。结论 正确及时的院前创伤急救和急诊救护车上抢救能挽救不少危重患者的生命 加强创伤性血气胸行胸腔闭式引流术患者的观察及护理利于预后 关键词：胸腔闭式引流；创伤性血气胸；护理观察护理体会 Abstract：Objective To summarize the traumatic hemopneumothorax closed thoracic drainage observation and nursing measures of patients.
