武 汉 大 学 土木工程专业专升本（函授）毕业设计任务书 设计题目：房屋建筑工程施工组织设计 专 业: 土木工程 学 号: 姓 名: 指导老师: 武汉大学土木建筑工程学院 20011年3月 摘 要 本设计内容为广州某校6号教学楼施工组织设计，核心内容体现于对施工技术的安排。该设计依据现有的施工技术水平和装备、现行施工规范和验收标准以及现场的调查资料等进行编制，具有可操作性，能够切实指导施工生产。 本施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，编制时对工程量进行了全面计算，围绕“一图三表”及其确定过程，对工程质量、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。 本设计为钢筋混凝土框架结构，采用现场浇筑施工。本施工组织设计编制采用较为先进的表格化方法。 设计过程中充分考虑了广州地区的环境因素对工程的影响，并做出了具体的应对措施。广州是亚热带季风性气候，三月到五月份进入六、七、八、九月，时有大雨、台风。基坑支护阶段The design content is the construction management plan of the 6th teaching construction in a school of Guangzhou.
