No hemodynamic changes w ere found and the relationship to the therapeutic effects was studied. Results　Totally 115 patients after therapy had no changes in V A hemodynamics before and af ter head movement. Sixty-eight cases had excellent therapeutic effect , 24 cases moderate (both efficiency was up to 80. 0% ) , 10 cases w ere not satisfied and 13 had no effect. In 25 patients having flow changes, only 2 cases had excellent theapeutic effect, 7 cases good ( both efficiency w as up to 36% ) , and 16 had no effect. There was significant difference between the tw o groups. Conclusions　 Majority of patients without V A hemodynamic changes before and after h ead movement had good therapeutic effect. Whether th ere is V A hemodynamic changes present or not is ueful in assessing the therapeutic effect in patients with sympath
