Results： Remove 4 patients who exit path(3 cases with serious complications， 1 case were transferred)，The time of the length of hospital stay in pathway group was shorter than that in control group, The total cost of hospitalization was less than the control group, The degree of satisfaction in pathway group was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P0.05 ）,But there was no obvious changes about complications after operation （P0.05）.In Path group，posiive variance caused patients length of stay and hospital charges were dropped, and the negative variation caused hospital stay and hospitalicatipn expenses of patiens in one or two extended.
