The conclusion show s t hat the frame work of physical systems ( static) , including physical structure, body shape, physical function and psy chologi cal aspects of the smart four subsystems, and that the physical training run ( dynamic) structure is mainly based on physical training , special physical training and comprehensive physical training three interrelated and mutually impact of a subsystem, in order to provide a view to physical ability and physical ability training of a new system of understanding and to provide some of the scientific reference.
