毕业设计（论文） 中文题目：中小型企业物流管理中的风险防范与控制 英文题目：The risk prevention and control in the logistics management of the small and medium enterprise 二〇一一年六月 摘 要 随着物流在中小型企业中的作用范围不断扩大，重要性也不断增加。特别是随着信息技术的强势介入，物流已经表现出其强劲的动力和蕴藏的无限商机，在这种复杂的大环境下，企业物流系统也日益复杂、供应链日趋精益化及企业间竞争更加激烈等因素使企业面临着不断加大的物流风险，促使着企业进行物流风险控制管理，因此，建立合理完善的企业物流风险管理控制体系已经迫不及待。然而，从目前文献来看，对企业物流风险管理相关的研究非常有限。同时，通过对我国企业物流风险管理状况进行问卷调查了解到企业对物流风险意识淡薄，认识不足，但是企业物流风险管理却非常渴望得到有效、专门而系统的理论体系做指导。 本文首先分析当前企业物流发展的现状和风险管理的现状，并且回顾了相关研究领域的已有研究成果并简要地分析了这些研究存在的问题。接着界定了企业物流风险概念以及相关风险管理理论的概念，探讨了企业物流风险的特征和形成因素，明确了企业风险管理的相关理论。通过阐明了中小型企业物流活动各个环节的风险管理中存在的问题后，再进一步通过实例进行风险识别、评价以及控制。最后得出结论，应该如何控制防范这些风险，为中小企业的进行物流风险管理时提供一些参考。 关键词：企业物流风险；企业物流； 风险管理； 风险控制ABSTRACT With the function of logistics management in small and medium enterprises expanded, importance is also increasing. Especially with the information technology strong intervening, logistics has shown its strong motivation and reserves of unlimited business opportunities, in this complex environment, enterprise logistics systems are also increasingly complex and the supply chain between enterprises increasingly more competitive make the enterprise faces rising logistics risk. Enterprise that need and requires logistics risk management, risk management emphasizes on risk identification. Therefore, establishing the reasonable and perfect enterprise logistics risk management control system cant wait. However, judging from the current review of enterprise logistics risk management that the related research is very limited. At the same time, according to the questionnaire survey of logistics of our country enterprise logistics risk management，enterprises are lack of risk consciousness, inadequate understanding, however the enterprise actually are very eager to get effective, specialized and systematic enterprise logistics risk management theory as a guide.
