Delphi法在压疮及皮肤其他损伤流行病学调研工具构建中的应用 郭艳侠 蒋琪霞 【摘要】 目的 本研究旨在设计一份压疮及皮肤其他损伤流行病学调研工具，旨在工具能够准确、全面反映压疮及皮肤其他损伤的发生及其伤情和预防现况，从而间接反映皮肤损伤的相关流行病学特征，为临床有效干预提供依据。方法 通过国内外文献回顾，资料整合，最初形成压疮及皮肤其他损伤流行病学调研工具（草案），选取27名伤口造口方面的知名专家对初步形成的调研工具进行三轮Delphi法评价，根据专家提出的修改意见构建压疮及皮肤其他损伤流行病学调研工具。并通过分析专家积极系数、权威程度及协调程度来检验本研究的内容效度。结果 三轮咨询专家的积极系数分别为96.3%、100%和100%，专家的权威程度为0.8327，经过三轮咨询后各指标的专家意见变异系数在0.055~0.234之间。 结论 该调研工具能有效全面地反映压疮及皮肤其他损伤的发生及伤情情况，可了解皮肤损伤的预防现况，有助于为临床有效地干预提供依据。 【关键词】Delphi法;压疮；IAD；Tears；流行病学；调研工具；指标体系 Application of Delphi Method in establishing the epidemiology research instrument of pressure ulcer and other skin injuries Abstract The purpose of this study was to design an epidemiological research instrument of pressure ulcers and other skin injuries, which can accurately and fully reflect the current status of pressure ulcers and other skin injuries, thus indirectly reflect the epidemiological characteristics related skin injuries, and it can provide the basis for effective clinical intervention. Methods the epidemiological research tool (draft) of pressure sores and other skin injuries was formed originally according to literature review, and data integration.we choosed 27 well-known experts in the field of wound ostomy to make three rounds Delphi method evaluation for the initial formation tool. we will construct the epidemiological research instrument of pressure ulcers and other skin injuries based on amendments made by the experts.We xamined content validity of the study by analyzing the positive coefficient, the authority,and the degree of coordination of experts. Outcomes Positive coefficient of three consultants were 96.3%, 100% and 100%, the authority of experts was 0.8327, coefficient of variation between each index was from 0.055 to 0.234. Conclusion The survey instrument can effectively reflect the current status of pressure ulcers and other skin injuriers , and we can understand the current status of their prevention, which could provide the basis for effective clinical inte
