工程建设安全生产研究 摘要：近年来，建筑业发展迅速，已成为国民经济的支柱产业之一。然而由于我国基本建设规模的扩大，建筑施工队伍急剧增加，大量民工未经足够培训就从事建筑生产，加之建筑工程本身往往施工难度大，周期长，技术复杂等特点，施工安全问题越来越突出。 本论文在简要介绍了建设工程安全生产基本知识的基础上，论述了建筑安全生产的意义及存在的问题，并根据以往事故总结出建筑施工生产事故的发生规律；围绕《建设工程安全生产管理条例》，介绍了建设工程安全管理体制。本论文论述观点强调建设工程施工前的安全生产准备，遵循“预防为主”的原则，以工程建设中参与方施工单位的安全管理和建设工程施工危险源辨识与控制为阐述的重点。 关键词：安全生产管理 教育培训 危险源辨识 安全保证体系 Research on construction safety in production Abstract: In recent years, the construction industry developed rapidly and has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy. However, due to Chinas capital over what the expansion of the ranks of the sharp increase in construction, a large number of migrant workers without adequate training on the production in construction, coupled with the construction works they are often very difficult, long, technical and complex characteristics, construction safety problem prominent. This paper briefly introduced in the construction of a basic knowledge of safety in production, based on production safety on the construction of meaning and existence of the problem and concluded based on past accident construction accident laws of production; around the construction of Safety Management Regulations, introduced the construction of the safety management system. This paper discusses the construction of the project point of view to emphasize the safety of the production of pre-construction preparation, follow the prevention first principle, so as to participants in the construction of the safety of construction management and construction works to identify and control hazards to focus on.
