Certainly. / I’m afraid not.
而比较随便的口语化的说法是：
Can/May I…, please?
e.g. --Can I open it now? --Sure./No, you can’t.
这一句型的否定式是: Could you please not do
something? 请你不要做某事好吗？
e.g. Could you please not sing in the classroom?;表示“请求”或“询问”的句型小结：
Would you mind doing something?
Could you please do something?
Would you please do something?
上述句型都表示“请你做某事可以吗?”
还有“请你不要做某事可以吗?”, 包括：
Would you mind not doing something?
Could you please not do something?
表示“礼貌”询问句型：
Would you like something?
