1. 项目概要： Overview: 1.1 项目名称：“智慧新城”城市设计及启动区修建性详细规划方案设计 Project name: Urban Design of “Wisdom New Town” Detailed Constructive Planning Scheme for Initiating Zone 1.2 基地概况： Site profile: 1.2.1 项目选址区域：禅城区季华二路以南，禅西大道以西，东平河以北围合的区域。总用地面积约2700亩，其中启动区的建设用地约占500亩（可根据城市设计方案及区政府的有关要求作适当调整）。 Site location: the project is located at the south of No. 2 Jihua Road, the west of Chanxi Avenue and the north of Dongping River in Chancheng District. At present, there is sufficient land area preserved, and relevant supporting policy issued (fund, talent, land), so as to quicken the construction of innovation and service platforms. Modern wisdom-type industry system of Chancheng will include three aspects, i.e. quick develop strategic emerging industries, principally develop modern service industries, and reform and improve predominant conventional industries.
