汽车主动前轮转向控制系统系统设计

汽车前轮转向控制系统毕业论文 汽车主动前轮转向控制系统系统设计 专业 :机械工程及自动化 摘 要 主动前轮转向系统是在转向盘和齿轮齿条转向机之间的转向柱上集成了一套双行星齿轮机构,用于向前轮提供叠加转向角,从而实现变传动比功能。与电动助力转向系统相比,其技术核心就是车辆在低速行驶时转向更轻便、灵活;高速时,通过附加一个前轮转角来提高操纵稳定性。 首先,建立了整车动力学模型和主动前轮转向系统数学模型及轮胎模型等。在建立模型的基础上,分析了主动前轮转向的机械转向主要部件双行星齿轮机构的工作原理和工作模式,设计了理想变传动比特性曲线并进行了仿真验证,其结果与实际宝马主动转向系统变传动比曲线相吻合。 其次,从行车安全角度方面,根据主动前轮转向系统的特性,提出了附加前轮转交控制、横摆角速度反馈控制、主动前轮转向与直接横摆力矩协调控制策略,并分别进行仿真,其结果良好。然后,论文介绍了主动前轮转向与电子稳定程序、主动前轮转向与主动悬架集成控制的思想,充分体现了主动安全的设计理念。另外,从行车的舒适性和安全性等角度,参考主动前轮转向与电子稳定程序性能评价指标,对主动前轮转向系统进行了性能评价,包括客观评价和主观评价。尤其是对主动前轮转向变传动比功能、转向灵活性等特性方面做出评价。 最后,根据主动前轮转向系统的特性,对比几种加载方式,确定了用磁粉制动器加载系统,设计了试验方案,试验项目包括:电流特性试验、低速时轻便性试验、高速时稳定性试验。另外利用labVIEW编写了数据采集程序,设计了界面。 关键词:主动前轮 Abstract Active front steering system is through the front wheel steering angle adjustment, change the force and torque distribution front to improve vehicle handling and stability, especially when traveling the road adhesion coefficient in the isolated, wind or road by the large lateral roll effect, the vehicle braking and drive systems without the need to participate, only through the active front steering can improve vehicle handling and stability, the other misuse can be the drivers steering to compensate.
