Installation Manual of SF Twin Layers Oil Tank 虽然SF双层油罐外表面的FRP层可以承受外界的一般强度冲击，但是这些油罐在运输以及安装过程中还是有受到破损的可能性。因此除了运输和安装外，请尽量减少不必要的移动，如果必须移动的话，也尽可能做好防护措施，防止损伤。一旦FRP层破裂或者作为监测用的压力表发生数据异常的情况下，必须马上联系生产厂家按照规定进行检查。油罐的吊运过程中，必须采用引绳迁动油罐，同时根据油罐的重量和安装现场的情况来选择匹配的起吊工具。 Although the FRP layer (outer surface of SF twin layers oil tank) can withstand general level impact, these oil tanks might be damaged during transportation and installation. Therefore, please kindly reduce unnecessary moving of the oil tanks apart from transportation and installation. If oil tanks will have to be moved, the protective measures shall be adopted to prevent damage. In case the FRP layer was cracked or pressure index of monitoring pressure gauge was changed suddenly, the user should contact the manufacturer immediately and inspect the oil tank as per the instruction and regulations provided by the manufacturer. The hauling ropes are to be used to move the oil tanks during lifting and transportation; meanwhile, the properly matched lifting equipment should be chose in compliance with the weight of oil tanks as well as the practical situation of installation sites. 一、油罐的保管 I Keeping of SF twin layers oil tanks 对于油罐的保管场所，必须严格执行相关国家规定，选取安全的空地放置。 油罐放置的地方，与油罐接触的底部必须将地面上的异物清扫干净，为了防止油罐翻转或与其它物体接触造成损伤，在油罐的底部要放上防止滚动的弧形托板和10mm厚的减震橡胶，外部则要用防雨布或塑料布等进行铺盖。 As to keeping area of SF twin layers oil tanks, safe and empty areas must be chose strictly as per the related National regulations.
