The personal character and social course is comprehensive in the original ideology and moral character, society, life and labor and other courses on the basis of special education and related to construction of integrated curriculum.The moral and social curriculum is trying to get rid of the bondage of the original knowledge system, from all the elementary students citizen accomplishment and promote students form good moral character and social development, to cultivate students to become caring, responsible, keep the specification, good thinking of small citizens as the goal, build a new course content and structure system, reflect the state compulsory education stage pupils in social knowledge, explore (methods, skills and abilities), and the basic requirement of emotional attitude and values, etc. The moral and social curriculum combines moral and legal education, psychological healthy education and social life ability education into an organic whole, reflect students social development and the unity of personality development course value. The personal character and social course open to strengthen primary school moral education of the pertinence, effectiveness and initiative, effective form to elementary school students good moral character, but also to solve the past primary school the thought personal character class and the social class overlapping part of the problem.It is a major and urgent strategic task to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of minors.
