L -，快速搅拌30 min ，慢速搅拌40 min ，静置 60 min. 结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下对该废水进行处理，出水无色透明，浊度和悬浮物(55) 去 除率都在97% 以牛，5i0 去除率在92% 以上，可全部返回洗涤革统循环使用. 2 关键词:中和一混凝法;二~氢硅;废水处理 中图分类号:X703 文献标志码:B 文章编号:1671-5365(2011) 12-0071-03 The Treatment of Tail Gas Washing Wastewater from SiHCI3 Production by Neutralization - Coagulation Method 2 ZHANG Kai - shi , ZENG Feng - chun (1. College of Chemistry and Pharmaceu- tical Engineering ,Sichωn 1nstitute of Science and Technology ,Zigong 643000 , China ) Abstract; Neutralization - coagulation method was applied to the treatment of tall gas washing wastewater from SiHC13 production. 四e optimum conditions were; the pH value of the suspending liquid after neutralization was 7 - 9 ,the PAC dosage was 30 mg/L , and the fast stiπing time was 30 minutes , the slow stirring time w凶 40 minutes and the standing time was 60 minutes. The results show that the effluent water is colorless and transparent ，由e removal rates of SS turbidity and Si0 are 98. 3% , 97.6% and 92. 2 1% r四pectively ， and the water can be recycled in production.
